Be the first human touch for clients entering the program. You'll guide onboarding, field questions, and make sure every person who joins My Healing Work™ feels genuinely supported from day one through completion.
Help prospective clients understand whether My Healing Work™ is the right fit and guide them toward enrollment. You're not a hard-closer — you're a thoughtful listener who knows when to lean in and when to step back.
Build the platform that delivers our program. You'll work across the stack on client-facing features, internal tooling, and the data infrastructure powering our symptom tracking and progress dashboards.
Shape how clients experience recovery. You'll own product design end-to-end — from onboarding flows to the daily dashboard — with a strong bias toward clarity, calm, and ease of use.
