Everything you need to know about My Healing Work™, the programs, billing, and more.

General

My Healing Work™ is a self-administered therapeutic program specifically designed for individuals with anxious borderline and avoidant narcissistic codependent patterns. Our programs are built on Reality Integration Method™ (RIM), a proprietary approach that addresses the root cause of these patterns rather than managing their symptoms.
RIM focuses on correcting the distortions in personal reality that contribute to these patterns. It works through three main steps: Fantasy Dismantling (identifying and closing the gap between distorted perception and objective reality), Separation-Individuation (psychological detachment from the critical inner voice formed early in life), and Integration & Healthy Object Relations (restoring the ability to see yourself and others as whole people).
Traditional therapies like DBT and CBT focus on managing symptoms, they teach coping skills and help you tolerate these patterns. My Healing Work™ goes deeper, targeting the underlying causes: specifically, distortions in identity and object relations. The goal is not to manage these patterns indefinitely, but to resolve the root injury so the symptoms no longer need to be managed.
Each program is divided into eight modules, each focusing on a different aspect of these patterns and the therapeutic process. Modules are structured with video content, exercises, and assessments, and are designed to be worked through sequentially, each building on the last.
Yes. The program is suitable for individuals at any stage, including those newly aware of these patterns, not formally identified but relating strongly to the patterns, or those who have been in treatment for years. If you recognize the patterns and want to address them at the root, you can benefit from the program regardless of your history with these patterns.
Many clients report significant improvements within a few months of consistent engagement. More dramatic and lasting healing typically occurs within one year. The program has a defined finish line: your symptom score reaching below 10% on all measured categories.
Support includes direct access to RIM specialists, a private community forum, weekly live workshops, and crisis resources. Clients who opt into 1:1 coaching are also matched with a personal coach. You are never working through this alone.
Yes. My Healing Work™ can complement existing treatments or medications. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you are currently receiving clinical care. The program is designed to work alongside, not replace, professional mental health support when needed.
The program includes regular self-assessments and a real-time dashboard that tracks your symptom score across all measured categories. You can see your progress change over time, in numbers, not just feelings.
Yes. My Healing Work™ is designed to be self-administered. You work through the program at your own pace, without needing a therapist's appointment schedule. 1:1 coaching is available as an optional add-on for those who want personalized support alongside the program.
The program may positively impact co-occurring conditions by fostering a more integrated, stable sense of self. Many of the anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties that accompany anxious borderline and avoidant narcissistic codependent patterns improve as the underlying identity fragmentation is addressed.

For professionals & providers

My Healing Work™ provides a reliable, structured framework for supporting a population known to be challenging in clinical settings. RIM's root-cause approach complements existing therapeutic work and can be used alongside ongoing therapy. Many providers find it extends the impact of sessions by giving clients structured work to do between appointments.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is the most widely used treatment for BPD and focuses primarily on managing symptoms, teaching distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. RIM focuses on addressing the underlying distortions in object relations and identity that cause the symptoms in the first place. The goal of RIM is resolution, not management.
Yes. My Healing Work™ is designed to complement traditional therapy. Clients can work through the program independently while continuing to see a therapist. Many clinicians find the structured module format and symptom tracking tools useful for monitoring progress between sessions.
Yes. Resources and support are available for professionals interested in understanding and integrating RIM into their practice. Contact us at support@myhealingwork.com to learn more about provider training and referral programs.
Clients who fully engage with the program report significant improvements in emotional stability, relationship patterns, and overall quality of life. The program's measurement tools provide objective data on symptom reduction over time, making outcomes visible and trackable for both clients and providers.
All data within the My Healing Work™ program is encrypted and securely stored. We maintain strict privacy policies and do not share client data with third parties. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Research & innovation

My Healing Work™ combines the latest research in psychoanalytic theory with a practical, self-administered therapeutic program. By making RIM accessible at scale, through a structured digital platform, we extend the reach of a treatment approach that previously required intensive clinical delivery.
RIM directly targets the distortions in object relations and identity that cause anxious borderline and avoidant narcissistic patterns, rather than managing the behavioral and emotional symptoms they produce. It also uniquely facilitates the crucial process of separation-individuation: the psychological step most commonly missing from existing frameworks.
Yes. We actively collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and institutions interested in studying RIM effectiveness, long-term outcomes, and new applications. Contact us to discuss research partnerships.
Early data shows that the Reality Integration Method™ approach effectively addresses core issues of anxious borderline and avoidant narcissistic patterns, including identity diffusion, emotional dysregulation, and object relations distortions. Case study data and outcome tracking are available for review by research partners upon request.
Yes. Clients can contribute to research through consent given directly in their program surveys. Participation is always voluntary and data is handled confidentially. This helps advance the understanding of codependent patterns for everyone.
