Fantasy Dismantling

Here you uncover the distorted inner narratives that keep the pattern alive, and gently bring them back into reality. This is where true clarity begins.

02 Months 4–8

Separation-Individuation

Here you begin to detach from internalized voices of shame, criticism, and survival formed in childhood, the distorted inner voice that still shapes your perception, reactions, and relationships.

03 Months 8–12

Healthy Object Relations

Here you restore the ability to see yourself and others clearly, no longer through idealization, fear, or distortion. This is where stable identity and healthy relationships begin.
