Study design

Throughout the My Healing Work™ program, the participant completed surveys every month for 7 months to track progress and measure changes in symptoms. Each survey contained 4–5 questions addressing nine core symptom areas. Responses were averaged to generate individual symptom scores and composite measurements.

Scores are not intended for diagnosis. They were developed exclusively for research and progress measurement purposes.
