Study design

Throughout the My Healing Work™ program, the participant completed surveys every month to track progress and measure changes in symptoms. Each survey contained 4–5 questions addressing BPD's nine diagnostic criteria. Responses were averaged to generate individual symptom scores and composite measurements. Survey 2 was not completed and is noted as skipped.

Scores are not intended for diagnosis. They were developed exclusively for research and progress measurement purposes.
