These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Healing Work™ website at myhealingwork.com and all associated program services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by My Healing Work™ ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
My Healing Work™ is a structured self-administered recovery program. It is not therapy, psychiatry, or any form of licensed clinical mental health service. Using My Healing Work™ does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or any other clinical relationship. My Healing Work™ does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychiatric condition.
Personal coaches provided through the program are trained guides, not licensed clinicians, therapists, or medical professionals.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services (911), the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or go to your nearest emergency room. My Healing Work™ is not equipped to respond to emergencies.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we learn that a user does not meet eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your account with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@myhealingwork.com. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use that you fail to report promptly.
Monthly subscriptions: Billed monthly at the rate in effect at the time of enrollment. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@myhealingwork.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
Pricing: Current pricing is $250/month (Self-paced) and $350/month (With Coaching). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@myhealingwork.com and we will review your request in good faith.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. Continued failure may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
Upon active subscription, you receive access to the program modules, tools, and community features available on your plan. Access is personal and non-transferable. We may update, modify, or discontinue program content over time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to active subscribers.
If your plan includes personal coaching, your coach is assigned to support your progress through the program. The coaching relationship is not a clinical or therapeutic one. Coaches are bound by confidentiality obligations but are not licensed mental health professionals. If you experience a clinical crisis, your coach is trained to refer you to appropriate professional resources but cannot provide clinical care.

If your plan includes access to our community spaces, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. Content that is harmful, abusive, triggering without appropriate warning, or otherwise violates these standards may be removed without notice, and your access may be suspended or terminated.
All content within the My Healing Work™ program — including but not limited to modules, videos, assessments, frameworks, written materials, and branding — is the proprietary property of My Healing Work™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Reality Integration Method™ (RIM) is a trademark of My Healing Work™. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your own personal recovery. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — individual results vary and depend on many factors including the effort and consistency of the individual participant.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Healing Work™ and its officers, directors, employees, coaches, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless My Healing Work™ and its affiliates, officers, coaches, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our users, us, or third parties. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@myhealingwork.com. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising under these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bergen County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email and by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
