How outcomes are measured

Every client completes a standardized monthly symptom survey at intake and at the end of each module. Scores are calculated as a weighted percentage across nine core symptom areas. A score below 10% represents the program's target baseline.

Method

Monthly surveys

Clients self-report symptom severity at intake and after each module, using a standardized instrument developed by My Healing Work™.

Method

Nine symptom areas

Scores are calculated across nine core symptom areas, capturing the full picture, not just the most visible patterns.

Target

Below 10% baseline

Clients remain in the program until they reach a sustained score below 10%, a measurable marker, not an arbitrary time limit.

Integrity

No cherry-picking

All clients who completed the program within the reporting period are included. Non-linear trajectories and intermediate increases are documented in full.
